DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The defending DTM champion Ayhancan Guven will ring in his promotion to Porsche factory driver by joining Manthey Racing’s Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo which will see the team’s iconic “grello” livery tackle the high banks of Daytona for the first time.
Guven will join forces with the already announced Thomas Preining, Klaus Bachler and Ricardo Feller at the reins of the No. 911 Porsche for the Rolex 24, marking his second time participating in the event following his IMSA debut as apart of the GTD runner-up Wright Motorsports roster in 2025.

The European GT racing mainstays Manthey Racing will not only be bringing the No. 911 but also a sister No. 912 in the GTD class that will be piloted by Riccardo Pera, Richard Leitz, Morris Schuring and Ryan Hardwick for their first launch into the IMSA ranks in the Michelin Endurance Cup.
The 2026 Roar Before the Rolex 24 kick off with teams getting their first crack at the 3.56-mile iconic highbanked road course of Daytona International Speedway on Friday, January 16th 2026.
